1 The charge is debited for the previous year of using the card. If the customer terminates the card agreement before its expiry, the bank may require payment of this charge calculated taking into account the actual period of using the card during the year when the card agreement was terminated.
2 The fees are applicable where the client’s claim appears to be unjustified, i. e. based on the obtained documents it is determined that the cardholder has paid by card.
