Payment Card Ordering

Individuals who are not citizen of the Republic of Lithuania may be issued any SEB Bank debit card indicated at the bank’s website. Credit cards are issued only to Lithuanian citizen and foreigners who have been granted asylum or a refugee status.

When collecting the payment card at the branch office of the bank, a non-citizen is required to present his or her personal identity document and a certification from his/her employer or educational institution in evidence that he/she works or studies there.

A payment card may be ordered in the following two ways: at any branch office of SEB Bank or via the Internet. Ordering via the Internet is faster and more convenient.

1. Log in for the bank’s online services and fill out an electronic application (CONTRACTS AND APPLICATIONS → PAYMENT CARD APPLICATIONS → APPLICATION TO ISSUE PAYMENT CARD) and save it (SAVE DATA). Example:

2. Fill out and hand in an application to issue a payment card at any SEB Bank’s branch office. A bank officer will help you. You will be requested to present a personal identity document.

3. In 5 working days your payment card will be produced and available to you at the branch office specified in your application.

If you want to order a payment card Mano VISA (individually decorated with a unique image), you should create your image and receive its confirmation before filling out an application to issue a card.

SEB ISIC MasterCard can be ordered only at the bank’s branch offices. When ordering it, you will be requested to present your valid student ID card or a certification from your educational institution.
