Important information to depositors of Bank Snoras
State enterprise Indėlių ir Investicijų Draudimas (‘Deposits and Investments Insurance’) has selected SEB Bank via which deposit insurance compensations are paid to private individuals and Vilnius County companies that have held accounts with AB Bank SNORAS
After Indėlių ir Investicijų Draudimas provided SEB Bank with a list of Snoras depositors and their relevant data, including amounts, and transferred funds for payment by SEB Bank to private individuals and Vilnius County companies, on 14 December 2011 SEB Bank started paying the insurance compensations.
We do our best to ensure that the process is smooth, fast and convenient for both private individuals and for companies. On this page you will find answers to the most burning issues related to SEB Bank’s procedure of insurance compensations payment.
Starting from 1 February 2012, information to Bank Snoras’ depositors is not provided at a special SEB Bank’s telephone line; instead, it is provided at SEB Bank’s general telephone lines:
- information to private individuals is provided at SEB Bank’s telephone line 1528, when calling from abroad – at +370 5 268 2800 (Mondays–Sundays: round the clock.);
- information to corporate customers is provided at SEB Bank’s telephone line 19222, when calling from abroad – at +370 5 268 2822 (Monday through Friday: 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.).

Snoras’ customers willing to find answers to their questions that are unrelated to payment of insurance compensations by SEB Bank must turn to Bank Snoras via a special customer telephone line. This is the line for providing information on deposits, accounts and safe deposit-boxes of Snoras’ customers, for providing consultancy regarding fulfilment of obligations against the bank or refinancing.
Information via Bank Snoras customer line is provided on working days (Monday through Friday) from 8.00 a. m. to 5.00 p. m. at the following telephone numbers:
