Payment card may give you priority

The majority of our services can be used either online via our website or by calling +370 5 268 2822. However, sometimes to you have to go to the bank. In these cases you can benefit from having priority over other customers.

You will be given priority* at a SEB bank unit if you are a holder of one of the following business cards:

* at SEB bank units, pregnant women and customers with minor children are given top priority (over the holders of business cards)

At a SEB bank unit, approach a queue management terminal and:



A queue ticket will be printed out for you showing your queue number. Take the ticket and go to the bank employee who will serve you once your number appears on the board.
