Agreements on the Bank link service are available to legal entities or individuals engaged in commercial activity.

Natural persons must present documentation testifying that they are licensed for the relevant commercial activity. If this document has a valid through date, the agreement on the Bank link service will be signed as valid by that date.

What information is required when you sign an agreement for this service?

  • The exact name of your company or your first name and surname
  • The following details of the company or individual:
    • code/number
    • address
    • phone
    • fax
    • e-mail address
  • Name of website (for instance, www...........lt)
  • First name, surname and job title of the person authorised to sign the agreement
  • number/-s of the account/-s to which money must be received (the number of current accounts of the specified company/-ies with the SEB Bank is not restricted: customers cannot transfer money to accounts which are not specified in the agreement)
  • Number of the account from which registration and monthly charges must be debited
  • Electronic certificate of your website (can be signed by the owner (self-signed)

How is this service implemented?

  1. Your software developers implement a payment solution on the website according to the technical specification provided by the bank.
  2. You send the electronic certificate of the website (not the certificate request) to the bank. The certificate can be self-signed.
  3. The bank then provides you with testing instructions and with a testing data package.
  4. Testing is performed.
  5. An agreement on the Bank link service is signed.
  6. The service is activated.
