Changes in SEB Bank’s General Rules, price list and services

On 17 February 2020, SEB Bank launched its new IT platform that operates the majority of the bank's services and business processes. This is the reason for a change in the General Rules, the price list and other terms for providing services, starting on said date.

Changes in the fees and charges

The new price list (Lithuanian version) of SEB Bank’s services and transactions for private individual customers entered into force on 17 February 2020.

The most relevant changes:

  • free-of-charge limit set for a customer according to his/her relevant service plan is available for the customer when withdrawing cash at an ATM using any SEB Bank’s debit card
  • in case of a card loss, a temporary card is available for the customer on the same day at any sub-branch of the bank. With this card, the customer can withdraw cash or deposit it to his/her account at an ATM
  • service plans are available for non-resident customers (the minimum bank service fee for non-residents is  applied as well)

Service and transaction fees and charges for private individual customers that changed from 17 February 2020 as compared with the previously existed ones are provided in a table below

Changes in the fees and charges

The new price list (Lithuanian version) of SEB Bank’s services and transactions for business clients entered into force on 17 February 2020.

The most relevant changes:

  • for some customers Mastercard Business credit card usage fee is lower
  • fixed commission fee of EUR 0.50 for e-commerce Bank Link service is no longer applied
