Paying online is more convenient, faster and cheaper

  • Finding the required service provider is easy and convenient
  • All you have to do is enter your information in the electronic payment order form
  • When you complete and save the form once, you don't have to fill it out next time

Once you have tried paying your fees online, you will probably never want to pay them any other way. As well as being convenient, transferring money from our banking web site is cheaper than when you visit a bank unit. Subscribing to a service plan, you can transfer funds online without the transfer charge.

You can pay fees or transfer payments with convenience online by completing and submitting a special electronic form, where you only have to enter your information.

How to pay fees online?

  1. Log in to our internet bank.
  2. The upper menu shows all the services available online — select the one you need. For instance, to pay for public utilities and other similar services, select "Payments" —> "Bill payments and taxes".
  3. Select the bill you want to pay and click "Show all companies" or enter the name of the company whose bill you want to pay to view all companies that accept online payments from our banking web site.
  4. Click the sheet of paper icon to the right of the company name to open the payment order form, which you have to complete.
  5. Once you have completed this form, tick the line underneath "Save in the list of templates" and enter the name of payment. You will create a form template so that next time you pay the same fee or charge you don't have to fill out the form again. Click "Continue".
  6. Check the details you have entered. To modify them, click "Change". If all is correct, confirm your payment by clicking "Confirm".
  7. To make another payment, follow all the steps starting from step 3.

If you can’t find the required company, payment booklet or fee, you can make a regular local money transfer. Only you need to have the main details of the remittee (bank account number, business identity, etc.).
