Queuing priority at bank units

Payment card may give you priority

  • Spend less time at the bank unit managing your financial affairs
  • All you need is a payment card issued by us

The majority of our services can be used either online via our website or by calling us. However, sometimes to you have to go to the bank. In these cases holders of certain cards can benefit from having priority over other customers.

At SEB bank units, pregnant women and customers with minor children are given top priority. All other customers are served in a row but holders of certain payment cards are given priority.

Order of serving the cardholders

1. Holders of prestige credit cards

4. Customers without SEB bank payment cards

All other customers of SEB bank not mentioned above and customers of other banks.

Please note that there is a separate queue for business customers.

At a SEB bank unit, approach a queue management terminal and:



A queue ticket will be printed out for you showing your queue number. Take the ticket and go to the bank employee who will serve you once your number appears on the board.
