How to unblock access to the banking web site?

If 5 times in a row when trying to log in to the Internet Banking System, login data was entered incorrectly, your access to services will be blocked for safety reasons.

To unblock your access to the Internet Banking System, you may:

  • login from the newly appeared window by using an identification tool — a password card or a digipass issued by the bank and enter the requested data. Only 3 attempts are allowed;
  • log in to the Internet Banking System again by using e-signature or mobile e-signature. The number of login attempts is unlimited.

If you failed to unblock your access to the Internet Banking System or if you forgot your password, you may resume service use by calling us at 1528 or +370 5 268 2800 (24 hours a day) — for private customers and at 19222 or +370 5 268 2822 — for corporate customers (any business day from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.). If you contact us by phone, it is necessary to have the Special Part of E-service Agreement including your identification code and temporary password (if necessary to update your password) and your identification toll — the password card or digipass. You may also visit any branch of SEB Bank.
