No matter where you are – in a store, on the street or on a bus, you can always text us an enquiry about your accounts, changes in them and specific financial transactions or services, and we will send you the required information right away. Once you have subscribed to automatic messages, you will get a message every time money is credited to or debited from your account or when the exchange rate of your chosen currency has changed.

What kind of messages can we send you?

After receiving your enquiry by SMS or if you have subscribed to the automatic message sending service, we will send you one-time or automatic SMS messages about:

  • the balances of your bank and payment card accounts
  • income and expenses
  • new e-invoices received, automatically paid e-invoices, failed automated e-invoice payment, expired time for automated e-invoice payment

If you are a customer of Omnitel or Bitė, you can receive the bank’s messages also while travelling abroad. Please note that in this case the correct number of your operator’s service centre must be entered on your phone. If you fail to send a message to the bank or to receive one from the bank while travelling abroad, please contact the customer service centre of your mobile operator.
