XL service plan

XL service plan

Save daily

  • The plan includes 100 money transfers in euros per month
  • The account management fee does not apply to the company’s bank accounts
  • Better terms to use debit cards apply

The monthly fee for the XL service plan is EUR 35.00 or EUR 28.00, if the company uses at least two banking services from the list*.

For this monthly fee you’ll be able to save on one of the essential operations, i.e. money transfers. The terms are also more favourable for other services relevant to your business.

Benefits to XL service plan

  • E-channel users are offered a possibility to make 100 additional money transfers per month in euro free of charge to accounts with SEB and other banks registered in Lithuania, the European Union and the European Economic Area, in Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino and Andorra. In case of money transfers under a highly urgent payment order the usual fees and charges set in the bank's tariffs are applied.
  • No minimum bank service fee for managing the company’s SEB accounts applies.
  • Free-of-charge Smart-ID Application (App).

The service is available to resident customers. Any legal person having its registered office outside Lithuania is classified as a non-resident customer.

* A lower monthly fee of the service plan applies when the company is using two or more of the following banking services: business credit, credit limit, account overdraft limit, factoring, leasing, wage transfer service, electronic card scanner service, non-cash payment performance service, funds collection services, guarantee and life insurance for corporate staff.

You can order this service online or by visiting a SEB bank unit.

For more information about SEB service plans and the terms and rates please ask your account manager at SEB Bank or call +370 5 268 2822.

How to order the service plan?

The service plan can be ordered by the head of the company or his authorised person or a person who is authorised by the head of the company to file payment orders in the agreement on electronic services signed between the company and the bank:

What do you need to order the service plan?

To order a service plan, the company needs to have at least one SEB account and to have signed or, while it orders the service plan, sign agreements on the provision of desired services included in the plan package.

To order a service plan, non-SEB customers first need to open a SEB account. To learn the quickest way to do it, call us at +370 5 268 2822.

How many service plans can a company order?

You can choose only one service plan. If you think it is worth changing your plan, you can do this by logging in to the banking web site or visiting a SEB bank unit.

In which instances does a lower monthly fee apply?

The special monthly fee (for plans other than STARTAS and XS) is offered to companies that are users of at least two banking products or services from the following list:

  • business loan
  • credit limit
  • account overdraft limit
  • factoring
  • leasing
  • wage transfer service
  • card payment acceptance service
  • payment collection and administration service
  • direct debit collection service
  • guarantee
  • life insurance

What rates apply if monthly money transfer operations exceed the number provided in the agreement?

Without extra charge you can make the defined number of online transfers in euros (for plans other than STARTAS), while any surplus is subject to the standard fees from the bank’s price list.

How is the monthly fee charged?

  • For the first time the monthly fee is debited from your indicated account on the date of signing the agreement.
  • The monthly fee is charged for the coming month.
  • It is debited monthly on the same calendar day that it was paid for the first time.
  • If there are no sufficient funds on the specified account, the fee will be debited from your other accounts in euros.
  • If you terminate the agreement before the end of the month, the fee will not be refunded and standard service rates from the bank’s price list will start to apply.
  • The monthly fee is charged even if you don’t use the services included in the plan.

When does the agreement take effect and its defined service provision terms and rates start to apply?

  • The agreement takes effect on the date when it is signed by both parties, i.e. you and the bank.
  • If the agreement is made online, it takes effect on the date when you log in to the online banking site and confirm the fact of making the agreement.
  • If the agreement is made online after 9 p.m., it takes effect on the following calendar day.
  • The service plan is valid until the agreement is terminated.

Can you change the plan and how?

To change the plan, log into the banking web site or visit a bank unit. Once the plan has been changed, a new agreement is signed. After a new agreement is signed, the terms and rates defined in it start to apply.

Can you cancel the agreement and how?

You can cancel the agreement anytime subject to informing the bank in writing:

  • from our online banking site
  • by filing a cancellation request at a bank unit
