Instant trauma insurance

Insurance for customer who has concluded or has become a member of a service plan agreement, which includes instant trauma insurance.

The insurance is in the service plan free of charge.

Benefit is paid in case accident has caused trauma or injury to the insured, requiring a visit to the emergency room and is proven by the medical record.

Who is insured and what is size of benefit

The insured person and sum insured amount in service plans which include instant trauma insurance:

Service plan type The insured The sum insured
DAILY The person who has concluded the agreement 50 euros
DAILY+ The person who has concluded the agreement, or who is a member 100 euros
PREMIUM The person who has concluded the agreement, or who is a member 200 euros
PREMIUM+ The member of the agreement 200 euros

Insurer pays for one insured event in a calendar year to every insured person in one service plan.

In case of an insured event:

  • turn to the nearest emergency room at the first opportunity, and 
  • provide us the medical report.
