Submit your application
Please keep in mind, that if you want to take a loan with co-borrower, you will need to enter their data as well. The co-borrower will also need to sign the application.

We will contact you as soon as possible
As soon as we have reviewed your application, we will contact you to:
- Let you know if we need any additional information, documents or actions from your side to be able to provide you with a home loan;
- Walk you through the next steps and expected timeline;
- Answer any questions you may have.
4.
Consider our loan offer
If your application is approved, we will provide you a loan offer and explain main loan conditions, process in detail.
5.
Sign the loan agreement
If you accept our offer, we will prepare the loan agreement and other documents for you to sign. You can sign it remotely.
6.
Sign documents at the notary
If you're buying a home, you will first sign a purchase-sale agreement and then you will sign a collateral pledge agreement.
If you're building a home, you will need to sign only collateral pledge agreement at the notary.
7.
Protect yourself and your property with insurance
To protect yourself and your loved ones from unexpected events, get an insurance.
Make sure to insure your new home (or the property you are using as a collateral) from various damage before signing the collateral pledge agreement at the notary. Learn more about home insurance.

8.
Complete the loan agreement conditions and we will transfer the money
Once you have completed all needed actions, you will only need to fill and sign money transfer. Then we will transfer the loan amount to the seller in accordance with the terms of your loan.
