A company’s bank account may be opened by its head or by his or her authorised person (subject to presenting a notarized power of attorney). To open a bank account at SEB branch, please book a meeting by phone +370 5 268 2822 (I-V 8.00 – 17.00) at your convienient time and provide all necessary documents required by the law of Lithuania.
Any transcripts of documents filed at the bank must be notarized.
The bank may ask you for additional documentation, information or explanation where this is required according to laws and regulations.
All these documents must be translated into Lithuanian and the translator’s signature must be certified by a notary of the Republic of Lithuania. The documents must also be legalized according to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.

1 The fee is applied for every bank account of a customer.
2 Administration of incoming payments in all currencies transferred within SEB Bank and administration of incoming payments in euro from other banks registered in Lithuania, the EU, the EEA countries, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino and Andorra.
3 All legal persons having their registered office outside Lithuania are classified as non-resident customers.
4 The fee applies to corporate customers registered in the Republic of Lithuania if at least one of such corporate customer’s founders or its beneficial owners is a natural person who complies with the definition of a private individual non-resident customer as set out in the Bank’s Pricelist for private individual customers or for corporate non-resident customers. The fee shall be payable before the verification carried out by the bank and before the bank's decision on starting business relationship with the customer, also each time when during the relationship with the customer, the founders or beneficial owners of the customer are replaced by persons complying with the definition of private individual non-resident customer as it approved within the bank.
5 ABF may be applied to Legal entity which the Bank will individually notify 10 working days in advance about the introduction of ABF.
ABF is calculated at the end of each calendar day based on that day’s respective currency Central Bank interest rate for the Legal entity whose total balance of current accounts in respective currency exceeds specified threshold for that currency. Only the amount in excess of specified threshold for respective currency is charged with ABF by multiplying excess balance with ABF rate.
ABF to be expressed as absolute value (i.e. module) in percentage terms and would not be applicable should respective currency rate become equal or exceed zero.
ABF to be debited during the month from the account of Legal entity based on balances of the previous month under the procedure set in The General Rules on Provision of Services of SEB Bankas AB.
6The fee shall be applied to customer, payment or electronic money institution, in case on behalf of such a customer there is at least one special deposit account opened for safekeeping of third party funds. The fee provided in the pricelist shall be applied irrespectively of the actual number of special deposit opened.
