Changes in SEB Bank’s General Rules, other documents and price list for business clients

This is to notify that on 1 September 2022 the new service fees for business customers as well as the updated version of the General Rules and other documents will take effect. Please find the details of the updates below.

Change in fees

The new price list of SEB Bank’s services and transactions for business customers will take effect on 1 September 2022. 
The new fees for the services and transactions for business clients in comparison with the earlier ones are presented in the table below.

No fee apply for customers, who use  service plan STARTAS.

A fee is charged for the identification of each representative.

Starting from 1 September 2022 the fee applies to business customers registered in the Republic of Lithuania, if at least one of such customer’s participants (founders / shareholders / members), ultimate beneficiaries and / or private / legal persons in the ownership/control structure comply with the definition of the private / legal non-resident customer, as is indicated in the pricelists for private and business customers. The fee shall be paid before the verification carried out by the bank and before the bank’s decision to start business relationship with the customer, also, each time, when during the relationship with the customer, the data of the persons indicated in this section changes.

Until 31 August 2022 (inclusive) fee applies to corporate customers registered in the Republic of Lithuania if at least one of such corporate customer’s founders or its beneficial owners is a natural person who complies with the definition of a private individual non-resident customer as set out in the Bank’s Pricelist for private individual customers or for corporate non-resident customers. The fee shall be payable before the verification carried out by the bank and before the bank's decision on starting business relationship with the customer, also each time when during the relationship with the customer, the founders or beneficial owners of the customer are replaced by persons complying with the definition of private individual non-resident customer as it approved within the bank.

We invite you to familiarise yourself with the new wording of the Description of the Terms for the Provision of Services on the Internet Bank (hereinafter – the Description). We remind that the customer must immediately inform the bank when the administrator/user ceases to have access to the customer’s Internet Bank. Moreover, we specify, the bank has the right, at the user’s request, to terminate the user’s access to business customers’ Internet Bank without the customer’s consent. All amendments to the Description are highlighted in blue.
