Frequently asked questions

The pricing of the Bank’s services continues to be structured in such a way that, as before, it is more useful and convenient for customers to use everyday banking services by choosing one of the Bank’s service plans, which is cheaper than using individual banking services.

Taking into account customer behaviour and based on customer surveys on using everyday banking services, we update our service plans to include additional services that provide more value and options for our customers.

Business customers using the service plans will pay a fixed fee for basic everyday banking services, and when the number of transfers under their chosen plan is exceeded, intra-bank and inter-bank transfers in euro will cost the same, and a discount will automatically be applied to further transfers in euro where the number of transfers authorised under the plan is exceeded.

By using the service plan calculator at at www.seb.lt., each company will be able to choose the most suitable service plan that will enable to save money on everyday banking.

As of April, based on the volume of services used by a particular business customer, in the bank’s letters and in the internet bank, we will present the most appropriate service plan options for that customer which will fit their current situation and provide benefits to their business in the future.

As of 9 April, a service plan can be ordered by the company’s CEO or their authorised representative under an agreement entered into between the company and the bank in the internet bank, or when the company’s CEO or their authorised representative arrives at the bank’s branch upon prior booking of the meeting.

Existing service plans will remain in force until the third quarter of this year, therefore, customers do not need to take any action now. At least 60 days before the current service plans cease to be offered, we will let our customers personally know (by email, internet bank message) which service plan we propose to choose, based on their banking habits. If the option offered is not suitable, the customer is always free to choose another option that suits them.

The pricing of the Bank’s services continues to be structured in such a way that, as before, it is more useful and convenient for customers to use everyday banking services by choosing one of the Bank’s service plans, which is cheaper than using individual banking services.

Business customers using the updated service plans will pay a fixed fee for basic everyday banking services, and when the number of transfers under their chosen plan is exceeded, intra-bank and inter-bank transfers in euro will cost the same, and a discount will automatically be applied to further transfers where the number of transfers authorised under the plan is exceeded.

If you exceed the number of transfers specified in the plan, discounted transfers will be automatically activated (not applicable for the MINIMALUS plan). If you exceed the number of discounted transfers specified in the plan, standard fees from the bank’s pricelist will apply.

Business customers who have chosen updated service plans will be able to see the statistics of using the services included in the plan in the internet bank. Customers will be able to change the plan if they exceed the number of transfers or do not use up their plan.

As in previous plans, (group) transfers of wages are not included in the number of free transfers in service plans. Customers who make numerous transfers of wages are proposed the service "Submitting a (group) wage payment instruction" (€1.5). Then, after submitting a single group payment instruction, money will be transferred to all employees of the company. As of 9 April, fund transfers to employees with an account at SEB Bankas will be free of charge, while transfers to other banks in Lithuania, the European Union and the European Economic Area will be made at a reduced rate of €0.33 (previously €0.41).

  • We’re updating service plans that will help customers save money. Existing SEB Bankas’ customers will be able to choose the most suitable service plan option for their business volume in order to save money. For the smallest businesses making a small number of transfers, the plan Minimalus (€4.5) is the most appropriate, which includes not only a minimum fee for basic banking services (including account opening and administration), but also 5 further transfers per month in euros. Using this "Minimalus" plan is cheaper than paying for those services separately.
  • When updated service plans are chosen, customers will also automatically receive discounts if they exceed the limit of transfers under the service plan. Users of existing service plans who exceed the number of transfers in the plan now pay standard transfer fees in euros.
  • The fee for the Minimalus service plan is one of the lowest on the market (€4.5 per month).
  • Customers will be able to see their service usage statistics on the internet bank’s website and, if necessary, change the plan that best suits their needs and enables them to save even more.

  • The agreement will enter into force on the date of its signature by both parties, i.e. You and the bank. The service plan can take effect immediately or at the beginning of the following month.
  • If the agreement is concluded online, it shall take effect on the day you log in to the internet bank and confirm the fact of conclusion of the agreement.
  • The service plan shall be valid until the agreement is terminated.

The service shall not be provided to non-resident customers, banks, credit unions, electronic money institutions, leasing companies, pension funds, insurance companies or other financial institutions.

All legal entities with a registered office outside Lithuania are classified as non-resident customers.

You can terminate the agreement at any time by logging into the internet bank. Upon termination of the service plan agreement, standard rates will apply for each individual service.
