Business Analyst in the Manage My Cash (MMC) tribe

“The Tech Trainee Programme showed me that growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, staying curious, and learning from the people around you. Transitioning from healthcare into tech was a challenge, but working alongside people with different perspectives reminded me how powerful collaboration can be and how much you can achieve when you take ownership of your learning and keep moving forward.””
