With a service plan that suits your company you will have access to services included in the plan at a fee which is lower than the amount you would spend paying for each service separately.

At shops with cash-disbursing functionality: if your payment by card is at least 5 euro, at the cash counter you may withdraw from 5 to 100 euro in cash free of charge.  

The service is available to resident customers. Any legal person having its registered office outside Lithuania is classified as a non-resident customer.

1 STARTAS plan applies to legal entities which have been incorporated for not more than 12 months.

2 Within one year after signing the STARTAS service plan, it will be automatically replaced with the S service plan and the monthly charge of the S plan will start to apply.

3 The special monthly charge of the service plan applies when the customer is using two or more of the following banking services: business credit, credit limit, account overdraft limit, factoring, leasing, wage transfer service, electronic card scanner service, non-cash payment performance service, the funds collection by direct debit service, guarantee and life insurance for corporate staff. If the customer is using fewer than two of the above-listed services, the standard monthly charge of the service plan applies.

4 No fees apply to non-urgent transfers to accounts with SEB and other banks registered in Lithuania, the European Union and the European Economic Area countries, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino and Andorra. Funds transfers under express payment orders are subject to our bank’s standard fees (see our bank’s price list).

5 Minimum bank service fee includes bank account administration, opening, handling, closing and account crediting in euro from other Lithuanian-registered banks or the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) countries, Switzerland, Manco, San Marino and Andorra.

6 Issuance and use fees of Visa Business debit card which is included in the plan as well as monthly fees for the use of MasterCard Business debit card and Visa Business e-card do not apply.

Special offer for new entities*

  • POS terminal subscription fee does not apply for the first year of its operation
  • Commission fee: 0.9 per cent of a card transaction amount
  • After the first year of operation, EUR 12.00 monthly subscription fee is applied
  • The offer applies if the number of installed POS terminals per company is no more than three

*New entity means a company with its establishment date within the recent 12-month period.


The offer cannot not be considered the bank’s commitment to conclude an agreement and provide the service at above indicated terms. The bank is entitled, upon assessing the type of the merchant’s activities carried on or intended to be carried on, to decline the provision of the service or to propose terms other than those indicated in the offer.   • Fees for the services included in the service plan are not subject to any other discounts, offers or individual rates.
  • Services are available if the bank is allowed to provide the service to the customers according to the law and internal regulations of the bank.
  • The rates and basic terms of the service plans apply from 24 October 2012.
