Changes in the General Rules and Price List for Private and Business Clients

On 1 January 2026, we will change some of the prices of our services. Due to amendments to the Law on value-added tax (VAT), services that are not directly related to financial services (administrative, physical, technical and similar ones) will be subject to VAT of 21%.

On 1 January 2026, the updated General Rules, as well as Price Lists of Services and Transactions for Private and Business Clients will come into force. Please read through the amendments.

Changes in the Price List for Private and Business Clients

Changes to General Rules for Private and Business Clients

We have made the following amendments to the General Rules:

  • We have added to Section 6 stating that if a VAT invoice must be issued to the client, we issue it in electronic form.
  • In Appendix 2, "Rules for the Issue and Use of Payment Cards" Section 19, we have specified that we will deduct the payment card monthly fee on the 27th day of each month (previously, we did this on the 28th day of the month).
