What is Click to Pay?
Click to Pay is an improved way to shop online. The service is built on advanced payment technology based on industry standards and intelligent security.
With Click to Pay, you can securely store all your payment information in one place and pay with your saved cards wherever the Click to Pay icon is shown.
The service recognises your e-mail and phone number, giving you access to your saved cards for faster checkout.
No need to enter your card number, remember login passwords or fill in checkout forms. Click to Pay works even during guest checkout, as you can access your payment information without the need to create account at merchant website.
To start, select the Click to Pay icon for a simple, smart and secure payment.
How to set up Click to Pay?
Click to Pay is provided by Mastercard, which also manages the creation and management of your Click to Pay profile.
You can add your card to Click to Pay profile in two ways:
- Using SEB mobile app, go to “Cards” section and tap “Add to Click to Pay”
- During checkout on a merchant’s website
Simply follow the on-screen instructions and agree to the Click to Pay terms and conditions.
You will receive SMS from SEB when card adding to Click to Pay service will be initiated and once your card is successfully added, you will get an on-screen confirmation and email from Mastercard.
After registration, you can use Click to Pay on any device and browser at merchants that support the service.
How to use Click to Pay?
You can use Mastercard Click to Pay at any merchant that displays the Click to Pay icon during checkout.
If you select “Remember me” option in your browser, you will have immediate access to your saved cards when using the same browser, as long as your browsing data (cookies) hasn’t been cleared.
If you don’t select “Remember me” option, you’ll need to manually enter your email address and Mastercard verification code each time you want to access cards added to Click to Pay.
For additional security, merchants can request you to do strong customer authentication for completing the payment.
Settings and payment limits of your physical card are also applied to the digital card stored in Click to Pay. No additional fees are applied for Click to Pay transactions.
