  • Accounts Operations

    Accounts Operations oversee bank accounts for all customer segments in the Nordics, Germany, Poland, Asian sites and the USA; perform transfers of shares and funds; provide statements; investigate deviated payments and administrate electronic banking systems.

  • Lending Operations

    The team administrates lending products and support branch offices and client executives in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, making sure all transactions connected to lending products are being processed in a timely and correct manner.

  • Trade & Receivable Supply Chain Finance Operations

    This area covers different trade and receivable supply chain finance products, collaborating closely with corporate client executives in the Nordic countries, Germany and United Kingdom, while also setting the time aside for process automation and people development in the ways of working to deliver world-class customer service.

  • Life Insurance Operations

    The team administrates insurance payouts for clients in Sweden and makes sure that all of SEB Life payouts follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) rules. Their daily work includes taking care of manual bookings, reconciling internal accounts and administrating the customer premiums that were received and not handled in straight-through processing.

Since then, 24 bank branches have been visited in Sweden and teams from more than 20 Swedish branches have come to Vilnius, sharing different ways of working, reviewing process routines and strengthening collaboration through
