Aida
Aida is SEB’s digital assistant, able to answer basic HR-related questions from employees via a chat function and one of HR‘s tools enhancing self service. Work on teaching Aida started in autumn 2017 when we pinpointed some key knowledge she must be able to cover. Today Aida is able to answer frequently asked questions about sick leave, benefits, health and more, but also provide employee‘s vacation balance, make certain calculations or act on behalf of employee and make updates in HR system.

Our reality is a digital and changing world that challenges us in new ways. We have set out to give our employees the best tools to take on those challenges, continuously learn and develop their competencies.
We are proud to say that we have our own digital corporate university, SEB Campus. Together with internal expert and international business schools and universities we offer our employees a wide range of learning content to support them in their ambitions.
Process expert forum
We’ve started this forum so that everyone could have their voice heard. Once in a while we gather in inspiring local spaces to discuss HR process expert competences, such as management, development, coaching and communication, and review current processes by using the Service Design method. The highlights of each event are fascinating speakers that come to share their insights on the future of HR.
