To aid us in our daily work, we are employing robots and AI tools that help automate routine tasks, freeing up our time for developing service sourcing strategies and mitigating risks.

Aida
Aida is an Artificial Intelligence assistant that we employ as a virtual agent in different support scenarios. Our Procurement and Payables department is currently on the journey towards the implementation of Aida in their daily work, where she drives conversations and responds to questions, taking action to resolve issues or fulfil request.
Process robotisation
Robotics plays an important role in SEB’s mission to be a digital bank for a digital customer. We use robotics for creating, updating new and existing suppliers, registering and updating contracts. The success of this practice contributes to our ambition of reducing up to 50% of manual work through digital solutions.
I started my journey at SEB Global Services as an intern and now I communicate with employees all over the world and help them in solving their problems every day.
