Using your contactless card you will be able daily to:

  • participate in our five partners’ loyalty programmes and collect points/euros in your card
  • benefit from the discounts and promotions offered by our five partners’ programme for cardholders only
  • pay for products and services in an amount up to EUR 25 without entering the PIN code
  • execute daily financial transactions in Lithuania and abroad

The card supports contactless payments and payments without PIN code in an amount equal or below EUR 25. The card can be used at points of sale in Lithuania and abroad, also at ATMs and buying on-line.

Order a special SEB Mylimiausia MasterCard debit card and you will be able to:

  • benefit from the advantages of our partners’ loyalty programmes, collect points, get discounts and personal offerings
  • use the contactless card to pay for small purchases up to EUR 25, which is simple and quick, as you don’t have to insert your card in the POS terminal and enter the PIN code. If the amount of payment is larger, the PIN code is required. For security reasons, you will be required to enter the PIN code when making the first payment by your contactless card
  • receive salary and other type of income to the account linked to the card
  • pay for products or services in Lithuania and abroad
  • at SEB bank and other Lithuanian and foreign bank ATMs withdraw up to EUR 500 per month free of charge from the account linked to the card
  • withdraw cash at shops which dispense cash
  • deposit cash to your bank account free of charge at SEB’s cash-accepting ATMs in Lithuania

1 The charge is debited for the for previous period on the same date of the each month of the card validity period. If the card agreement is terminated prior to maturity on the customer’s request, the bank shall be entitled to apply and debit the fee for the current month.

2 On last month of the card validity, the balance of funds in the card account may be equal to 0 (zero) or positive.

3 These fees are applied only in such case, if the customer is willing to receive the documents confirming the payment transaction by card and if identified that they include the cardholder’s signature or other data specifying that the cardholder paid by card.

4 If other banks have provided such technical functionality.

5 Cash withdrawals from the terminals of “Perlas” lottery organised by UAB “Perlo paslaugos“ and Lithuanian post offices.

A payment card may be ordered in one of the following two ways:

  1. by logging in to our internet bank, completing and confirming an electronic application (Accounts and cards → Payment cards → Credit Card application)
     
  2. by arriving at the SEB bank unit of your choice, completing a payment card application and submitting it together with an identity document to a bank employee.  Any foreign citizen submitting the debit card application in addition to the personal identity card will be requested to submit:
  • certification or an employment contract issued by a legal entity registered in Lithuania, specifying the employer/ educational institution of the person
  • residence permit (temporary or permanent) in the Republic of Lithuania
  • documents proving that his/her family member (i.e., a spouse, child under 18-years of age, parents) or a person considered to be equivalent to a spouse is a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania or a foreign citizen holding a residence permission (temporary or permanent) in Lithuania or employed  / studying in the Republic of Lithuania
  • other documents proving relations with the Republic of Lithuania

After 5 working days, a new debit card:

  • can be collected by you at the bank unit specified in your application
  • can be sent by mail if you have chosen this service during the completion of your card application

Practical tips for secure payments by card

  • When paying by card, make sure that the amount of your purchase displayed on the screen of the POS-terminal is correct
  • Do not give your card to anyone, not even to the service attendant
  • To cancel the contactless payment functionality, log in to the Internet Bank

For security reasons, sometimes when paying by contactless card you will be requested to confirm the amount of payment with a PIN code even if the amount of payment is below EUR 25.

What should you do in case of a card loss?

  • To block your payment card, please call SEB Bank immediately at its 24-hour helpline +370 5 268 2800;
  • If you find your card after having reported the card loss or theft, be sure not to use it and immediately contact SEB Bank.
