Software and browser requirements

For the full functionality and security we recommend using the newest version of your preferred software.
Minimum requirements for using our web page, internet bank and mobile application:

  • Windows 7, macOS Sierra 10.12
  • Google Chrome 55, Mozilla Firefox 45, Internet Explorer 11, Safari 9
  • Android 5.0 with Google Chrome mobile browser, iOS 9.0 with Google Chrome or Safari mobile browser

Notice: electronic signature temporarily is usable only with Internet Explorer browser.

How to start using the mobile app?

In order to use the app, you should have an e-service agreement. You can conclude the agreement at any SEB Bank customer service unit. Remember to bear your personal ID document (passport or ID card).

If you already have concluded an agreement:

  1. Download the app from App Store or Google Play stores.
  2. Log in to the app using your usual log-in to the e-bank method.
  3. Create your own 4 digit PIN code, which you will use every time when loggin in.
  4. Enter your phone number, and you will receive an SMS with a confirmation code for final registration.
  5. Select the main account which you will see on top of app main window.

In order to be able to use all e-banking services, click on the menu in the right corner of the screen and select Internet Bank. The browser window will appear and you will log in to the Internet Bank using your usual way for logging in.

Payments

To another user of the app
  1. Click on “Pay”.
  2. A contact list will appear and in it select the app user.
  3. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
  4. If you wish, you may change to payment purpose.
  5. Click on “Proceed”.
  6. In a window that will open up click on “Confirm”.
  7. If the amount of payment exceeds 30 EUR, you will confirm your payment in the usual way for logging in to the e-bank.
For those who are not app users (by entering IBAN code)
  1. Click on “Payment”.
  2. On the right of the window that will open up click on “Manual”.
  3. Enter user name (Beneficiary) and account number and click on “Proceed”.If you have templates created in internet bank or you have previously made payment to the user, you will be able to find it when you start typing the name in beneficiary field.
  4. Enter the amount you want to pay.
  5. If you wish, you may change the payment purpose.
  6. Click on “Proceed”.
  7. In a window that will open up click on “Confirm”.
  8. If the amount of payment exceeds 30 EUR, you will confirm your payment in the usual way for logging in to the e-bank.

Payment tariffs are the usual ones applied to you. If you have ordered a service plan, the service plan tariffs will apply.

How to request another person to make payment to you?

  1. Click on “Request”.
  2. A contact list will appear and in it select the app user.
  3. Enter the amount you want to receive.
  4. Click on “Proceed”.
  5. In a window that will open up click on “Confirm”.
  6. In the main app window you will see your request until the other person confirms or deletes it.
  7. In order to cancel the request sent or to decline a request received, move it with a finger to the left or to the right side of the screen.

Money request is free-of-charge.

Within the mobile application user can:

  • Link account with mobile phone number
  • Check accounts balance
  • Make payments to other people or companies
  • Make a prompt payments to other app users on your contacts list
  • Send payment requests to other application users
  • Send and receive notifications
  • Check payment card related information and change safety settings
  • Monitor information related to loans and leasing agreements
  • Access bank information (locations of nearest branches and ATMs, etc.)

Low value payments – payments within the 30 euros and a daily limit of 150 euros. Such payments are confirmed when user presses the button “Confirm”.
