Concluding the internet bank agreement

The most convenient way to conclude the internet bank agreement is remotely via the e-document portal or during a video meeting. All that’s required is a qualified Smart-ID account (open Smart-ID app and press “User info” on the menu. The headline should say “Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature”).

Remotely via e-document signing

Suitable if you wish to sign the agreement whenever it’s the most convenient for you.

  • Write to us in the SEB app: More – Contact us – Write to us and state that you want to receive full internet bank access. 

  • Receive an e-mail with a link to e-document portal, where you will find a prepared internet bank agreement. 

  • Login to e-document signing with your Smart-ID and sign the agreement. After signing the agreement, full access to services in the internet bank and mobile app will be enabled in just a few minutes. 

  • Fully log out and relog into your SEB app. Then enjoy full range of SEB services. 

Remotely via a video meeting

Suitable if you and wish to sign the agreement during a video meeting with our consultant. Doing so will also give you a great opportunity to ask any additional questions about our products and services.

  • Apply for a video meeting by writing to us in the SEB app: More – Contact us – Write to us. State that you want to conclude the internet bank agreement via a video meeting and indicate your phone number so that we can reach you and agree on the most convenient time for the meeting.    

  • We will contact you to agree on the video meeting time and explain additional nuances.  

  • On the agreed time, join the video meeting and sign the internet bank agreement. After signing the agreement, full access to services in the internet bank and mobile app will be enabled in just a few minutes.  

  • Fully log out and relog into your SEB app. Then enjoy full range of SEB services.

In a branch

Option for signing the agreement in cases when remote solutions are unavailable.

  • Book a meeting at a branch and time that's convenient for you. 

  • After a successful booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS. 

  • By bringing your personal identity document with you, visit the branch at the agreed time to sign the full internet bank agreement together with an SEB consultant. Full access to services in the internet bank and mobile app will be activated and ready to use right after the meeting. 

  • Fully log out and relog into your SEB app. Then enjoy full range of SEB services.
