The Supervisory Council of SEB bank in Lithuania has appointed Vaidas Žagūnis, currently Head of Retail Clients Financing Department of SEB bank, as a member of the Management Board of SEB bank. He will take his new position as member of the board after receiving permission of the authorities supervising activities of SEB bank. He will replace Virginijus Doveika, who has been appointed as Head of Retail in the SEB Baltic Division.
This weekend SEB bankas will perform prophylactic works of its information systems. Therefore from Friday (26 August) 9:00 PM until Saturday (27 August) 9:00 AM, the SEB’s Internet Bank will not be available and the bank will not send any SMS notifications, you will also not have a possibility to deposit cash to your accounts via cash-accepting ATMs of AB SEB bankas.
According to preliminary data, unaudited net profit earned over the first half-year of the year 2016 by AB SEB bankas is EUR 45.1 million and by AB SEB bankas Group is EUR 43.1 million. The result has been calculated in accordance with the requirements set by the acts of the Bank of Lithuania and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Over the first half-year of the year 2015, unaudited net profit earned by AB SEB bankas was EUR 36.9 million and by AB SEB bankas Group – EUR 32.7 million.
