We have updated the SEB internet bank payment form for private clients
To make it even easier for clients to make local and international payments online, we have improved the payment form in the internet bank used by our private clients.
We believe that this will help them save time and reduce the likelihood of errors.
What have we improved?
- We have renewed the design of the payment form – have outlined its fields more clearly.
- We have outlined the information that’s in the payment form in a more user-friendly way: you will clearly see your account balance, transfer limits, fees, and the amount of money you can use for the payment.
Next to each payment type (you will select this when making the payment), we will add information about how quickly we will process it, any restrictions that may apply, etc. - Based on your payment history, we will automatically fill in some of the fields on the payment form in advance.
- We have implemented the dropdown menus with search function – this way, you will enter the needed information faster and more conveniently. We will check your payment details immediately as you enter them, so you will notice the inaccuracies faster and reduce the likelihood of errors.
- You will see the payment status immediately after confirming the payment.
- You will be able to save the payment order confirmations (receipts) easier – you will be able to download them both as PDF files and as documents signed with an e-signature.
- If you make (or plan to make) recurring payments, you can create and save templates in advance, so that you simply confirm it without re-entering all the payment information when the time comes. You can create the templates by clicking “Payments” > “My templates” in the menu bar.
- On the payment overview page, you will see payments that you have recently initiated (those that are currently being processed), payments that have already been completed, as well as future payments (those that will be completed in the future), and rejected payments.
We will add explanations to each of these payments: (i) payment status (future, in progress, completed, or rejected), (ii) payment type, (iii) additional information, such as the time the payment was initiated or completed. - We paid a lot of attention to accessibility: From now on, payment form pages are compatible with screen readers, customers can navigate them using the keyboard, and change the screen theme to light or dark.
You can start using the updated payment form right now. If you think of how we can improve it further, feel free to contact us – feedback is what helps us improve.
