Information on price list changes for business customers effective from July 1, 2026

We would like to inform you that the SEB price list for business customers will be updated as of July 1, 2026.

Please note that no action is required on your part in relation to these changes.

Please find below the main changes effective from July 1, 2026:

• In agricultural financing, when providing services related to loans for farm development and modernization, the fee for the analysis and evaluation of the loan project, as well as the preparation of the bank statement and approval, will no longer apply in cases where the statement is issued for the  National Paying Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture, the Central project management agency, or the Environmental Project Management Agency; 
• The fee for a leasing agreement will be from 1% of the asset value, with a minimum of EUR 200 (previously, it was 1% of the asset value, with a minimum of EUR 200); 
• Trade finance rates will change;  
• To ensure greater clarity, we are revising the wording of our factoring service rates.

If you disagree with one, several, or all the changes described in this message, you have the right to terminate the Framework Agreement free of charge. You may do so until July 1, 2026, by informing us about it via internet bank message or by coming to the bank branch.
