We have rewritten SEB Bank’s General rules, service Terms and Conditions and Price list in plain language, have made other adjustments

We would like to inform you that on 28 June 2025, the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services of the Republic of Lithuania will enter into force. To meet the requirements of the law, we have rewritten the most-commonly-used documents in plain language.

We have presented the content of the documents in plain, understandable language, and have tried to use as little specific terms that may be unclear as possible. Changes to the documents are editorial in nature and do not change the terms of the services provided to you.

Also, we have made other changes in the General rules, some of the Terms of Service, Contracts and Price list. These changes will also come into force on 28 June 2025.

We have described all the updates in more detail in the dedicated section of our website called “Changes in the General rules and other documents for private and business clients”.

If you disagree with the changes, you have a right to terminate the Framework Agreement free of charge until 27 June 2025 informing us about it via internet bank message, or by coming to the bank branch.
